In order to adopt from the Animal Shelter you need a Drivers License or photo ID and must be at least 18 years of age. You will be asked to sign a short adoption contract and must provide valid contact information. There is no set adoption fee for the shelter animals, but donations are welcome.

**The Animal Shelter cannot GUARANTEE the health or temperament of an animal adopted from the Shelter.**
When animals arrive at the shelter, shelter workers rarely know the animal's medical history. If the animal's history is available or the animal received medical attention while at the shelter then the new owner will be given the information.
